Floral tape helps keep your branches in place as you add them to your dowel. It also helps hide the wooden dowel. We have started wrapping the tree trunks in brown wool to cover the tape and it hides and looks even better than just the tape.
Mom and I have work together since I was in high school… We did shows in PA, had a wonderful gift shop in Maine for 23 years called Silkweeds and then started Searsport Rug Hooking in 2004 to pursue our love of rug hooking and all things wool.
