The standard booth size is 10x10 and $455. They will have two 6-foot tables and two chairs will be provided for each space. Electrical hook-up and WIFI will also be provided. All booths are piped and draped, And the tables are NOT skirted. Extension cords, table covers, and any additional lighting are the responsibility of the vendor. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan class=\"ym-zoomed-text-14\"\u003eAll booth choices are done at sign up. No holds. If you need more tables or less let us know.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan class=\"ym-zoomed-text-14\"\u003eWe do have ONE 10x17 foot corner booth.  This is a free standing booth at the end of the ballroom. It is #8 and is $680\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan class=\"ym-zoomed-text-14\"\u003eAnd 2 over sized corner end booths #15 \u0026amp;  #22.  They are L shaped and measure 17x20 on the back walls and 10 foot sides. These are at the end of the ball room on either side of the free demo room. #22 has a booth next to it as shown, but #15 does not. These two booths are $1,100\u003cbr\u003eSearsport Rug Hooking will be in booth #1.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan class=\"ym-zoomed-text-14\"\u003e**The attendees will enter between booth #23 and #24. \u003cbr\u003e**They will get into the secure rug show area between booths #27 and #1 \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"ym-zoomed-text-14\"\u003e** At this time we are not sure if we will be using the doors between #25 and #26. If need be we will add these for entering the rug show and contest area. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan class=\"ym-zoomed-text-14\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e****If you would like to pay a $250 deposit on your booth with the balance due 2\/1\/26 you can do that. Please contact us with the booth # you want and to be invoiced to pay a deposit only on your booth selection. The balance will be due Feb 1, 2026\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e*****There are no refunds after 2\/1\/26 and all refunds prior will be subject to a $50 processing fee. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"ym-zoomed-text-14\"\u003e\u003cb class=\"ym-zoomed-text-14\"\u003eDOOR PRIZES\u003c\/b\u003e: We ask that each booth contribute a door prize With at least a value of $25 along with 3\/$5 gift cards for your booth for the event. We will be giving aways door prizes each day as some people are not there all three days. So anyone wanting a spot can get one too. \u003cbr\u003eFree Demo Room\u003c\/b\u003e: anyone not using this free room is nuts!  We have the demo area for any of the vendors to do a free demo each day. You will have 2 tables and rows of chairs for them to observe what you are showing them. This room will hold 88 people and is a great way to promote what makes you special for no charge. Maybe a few tips on how you color plan or a simple technique, beading on your projects or a fun way to finish off.  We have had many with standing room only and people standing in the door trying to see! Those that had kits to make and take or the supplies to sell back at their booth featuring what they were doing were VERY pleased with the extra sales! These spots run about every 30 minutes each day with a 5-10 minute break between for you to leave and the next speaker to set up. We will have time slots starting at 11 each day The room is free for you to book. Time slots are first come first served. The attendees LOVE this! It is FREE, some one-on-one time with a group that wants to know more about you, IT IS FREE TO THEM and your style, so please use it! We will have all level of fiber attendees here. From beginners to advanced. from attendees from years past. \u003cbr\u003eWe are looking for small, instructive, lower cost projects. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003eWe KNOW this is tight both on time and costs.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cbr\u003eBut let's see what we can do to fill the need based on their feedback. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eRight now,\u003c\/strong\u003e you are just securing your time slot.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eBy Oct 1\u003c\/strong\u003e we need to have some idea of what you would like to teach so we can make sure we have a variety to offer. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eBY JAN 1:\u003c\/strong\u003e We will need a complete description, pictures if the project sample is already completed and the amount you want to be paid for the class that incudes your time and any materials. \u003cbr\u003eWe add $15 per student, to this for administrative costs. which include the website costs, credit card fees, advertising and the cost of the classrooms. \u003cbr\u003eWe need to know the min and the max of your class size. The classrooms will hold up to 20 easily. It is up to you what you can comfortably handle in the time frame\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWe will need a complete list of what is provided and what the students will need to bring with them. Having them acquire the basic tools beforehand will help with your cost of the class. if you want to make sure they have the right stuff and not a cheap knock off, be specific or have it available for purchase from you in class.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eKits are highly recommended to save time in class.\u003cbr\u003e1-3 options are good so they have some choices. \u003cbr\u003eWe will be doing a live show in April when the classes open for signups. If your able to send the completed project to us to use, it will help immensely. If your unable to send the project to us for the live class sign up, please send lots of good pictures. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe collect all the payments for class and \u003cbr\u003eYou will be paid in full for the classes, minus the $15 per student fee, by check Thursday afternoon.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease have your classroom ready to go the evening before for morning classes. \u003cbr\u003eYou can store your stuff for the afternoon classes in the classroom, the night before, so you can be ready by class time at 12:30\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMorning sessions will start at 8:30 and end at noon\u003cbr\u003eAfternoon sessions will start at 12:30 and end at 3:45-4 pm\u003cbr\u003eThere are no Thursday afternoon classes\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNEED AN IDEA? \u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 0.875rem;\"\u003eBeginner ANYTHING!!
