Searsport Rug Hooking
Scrap Bag of Random Strips
These are two pound bags of random size strips from the edge of our tree branch wool. They are not necessarily on the straight of the grain but they are wide enough that you can hook them with out them fraying. I would call them mostly #8-#12 strips, mostly #8.5	. There are a few wider pieces that are an inch or two but not many. You can’t run them through a cutter to straighten they aren’t wide enough. But a chair pad hooked out of these with big high loops will be soft and cushy. Or one of the girls here used it to hook a big loopy Christmas tree. It’s a bag of creative fun waiting to happen! But two pounds of them would make two chair pads easy.
