Last fall the hurricane messed up a lot more things then just our homes. It delayed a lot of fun projects, that have sat half done in limbo for months, waiting for us to get back to them. This poor old bird was one of them! But Toms a happy patient guy and he’s ready for his debut! You will hook, sew and proddy your way through this fun whimsical Turkey for your fall decorations. Set him on a shelf, put him in a wreath or in a big bowl of mini pumpkins, he doesn’t care just as long as you show him some love! Everything is included except a needle and thread and a glue gun. All your wool is pre cut to size and we even cut the tiny 1/4 inch circle and include the tiny buttons for his eyes. You will need a hook and the frame for the hooking parts and a needle and thread to sew the standing wool,  his wattle, beak and feet. You can use a hook to pull the petals through but we really recommend a proddy tool like our pullers.
Finished size 8.5x12.5! We tried him out on the side of my big market basket and he was adorable! This is a fast easy project that even a new hooker can tackle and learn some new techniques and the experienced hooker will enjoy this easy quick project. The same wool is used in all thre techniques on our newest Flattie. It’s cut in an #8.5 for the body and base and then there are pre cut petals and a super wide #10 for the standing wool in the kit.

‘Many of you have added the tiny dried “pumpkin” pods and the wooly Punkin Patch Kits to Tom so we have added them here to make ordering them easier. Both are really the perfect display accessories for Tom! Teeny tiny, itty bitty little punkins! The frost will soon be on the pumpkin and this kit lets you keep your little patch forever! This cute kit makes five tiny pumpkins. I think an tiny old bear would be adorable holding one in his lap!
The kit makes five pumpkins, two  1.5-2 inch,  two 2-2.5 inch and a three inch. The kit includes the pre cut circles in assorted colors, the bent tip needle, enough threads, beads, foam brush, plus the wool and paper to make your choice of stems for the “large” pumpkin and of course directions to do it all, with colored pictures. You will need scissors, stuffing and modge podge. Colors are assorted with a mixture of orange, cream, green and rust.
