There are beautiful homes available within minutes of the center for as low as $40.00 a night, if 6 share the cost. Luxury ones with hot tubs on the water if you want to spend more. (Even a Yacht!) Some sleep up to 16 people, but most are 4-10. You can fix dinners, relax and have a girls night every night!

Just go to their site and put in Punta Gorda, Fl and the dates your coming. We rented a home in GA for a BBQ event and were THRILLED! It was less then a hotel and we had 5 staying in a very comfortable set up! We also recommend looking in Engelwood, Northport, Rotunda and South Gulf cove. These are right by where we live and only 30 min to the show. We are happy to help if your not sure how far.

Our third Hotel for the Florida Hookin' is the Microtell Hotel.

You must call the Hotel directly and tell them you are with the Searsport Rug Hooking group, (941) 624-6339. Double queen beds with mini fridge and microwave is $129.00 a night. This is just over the bridge from the conference center and near some great dining places!

They are pet friendly and the rate includes breakfast!

We also have a block of rooms at LaQuinta Inn and Suites! Their rate is $175 including breakfast. We will have more details on this block of rooms by 8/20.
