Black Appliqué Foundation Wool

Very nice, flat black, soft wool fabric for penny rug or wool appliqué work. Slightly heavier weight, but perfect for foundation. I don’t even wash this when I use it. This is our go to appliqué backing.
 Blend of 82% wool, 18% nylon.
One yard is 36x60 82% great for wool applique backgrounds.  No need to wash to full it.
This is not part of the Rebekah Smith line, but it’s the black we prefer for appliqué.
