WE HAVE RELOCATED!
This is scary, exciting and sad too. It’s really bittersweet…. But an opportunity has come up that we cannot ignore. The last few years have been extremely hard with dad’s health, Covid, hurricane Ian and then hurricane Helene and hurricane Milton. Helene and Milton kind of made us realize we cannot continue to live and work under the threat of losing everything 2-3 months of the year. We were extremely fortunate that the shop was not affected with any of those storms, but it’s a VERY stressful risk.... The thought of leaving all our dear customers and friends there in Florida is the hardest part of this. But we need to make the hard choice on what’s best for all of us and the business. Being near family and in a location that allows us to own our shop property only makes good sense.

Remember our garden parties and fun events in Maine? Well look for them to start up again! Since we stopped traveling to shows a few years ago, we have been able to focus on local fun things, and we will continue this now that we are settled in SC. We think you will love the new location as much as we do and we know our vision for it will excite you as much as it does us. This is our second move as a rug hooking business…. Everyone had their doubts about us doing wool in Florida lol but we hoped for the
“if you build it they will come…”
to be true… boy was it! You guys came in droves and helped us create a destination way beyond our wildest dreams.

From Columbia, S.C. take I-26 west to Exit # 101B - Exit to the right onto Highway 76/Broad River Road East. Go one mile and turn left at the second traffic light onto Kennerly Road. (There is a Dollar Tree and Walgreen's Drug Store at this intersection) Go 2.5 miles. The Big Red Barn will be on your left.
From Lexington, SC take Highway 6 across Lake Murray Dam. At the light, follow Hwy 6 as it turns left toward Ballentine. Go 3 miles to Farming Creek Road. Turn right onto Farming Creek Road and go to the stop sign at the end of the road. Turn right onto Hwy 76 / 176 then turn left at the next traffic light onto Koon Road. Go about 1/2 mile to Coogler Road and there is a sign directing you to the right. Go 1 1/2 miles to Kennerly Rd. and take the first right at the round about. The red barn will be on the right.
From Spartanburg, Newberry, and Chapin: Take I-26 east toward Columbia to Exit 101-B, Broad River Road East. Go one mile and turn left at the second traffic light onto Kennerly Road.
