Blue Ink Wool is an unwashed bolt perfect for rug hooking projects. The bolt measures 59–60 inches wide. Half yards are generous cuts at 30×36 inches, while fat quarters measure 18×29–30 inches—all unwashed to preserve the fiber.
Washing is essential before use. A warm water wash with minimal detergent, followed by a warm rinse, softens and fulls the wool, making it easier to hook. This process also sets the color and reduces fraying, ensuring superior results in your finished piece.
