Shipping policy
We are going to turn on international shipping to Canada and see how it goes.
Because we are a commercial shipper it’s very different then just taking something to the post office.
We have been able to get codes for most items and we are hoping this helps with our past issues. Please understand we have no idea what your duties are on your end. We ship as cheaply and as fast as possible. A simple order of 10-15 items takes us about 30 minutes to fill out forms and create the shipping label.
The cost of shipping, the need for new product codes for every item and cost on the buyers end are causing headaches for everyone. When it costs us $23 to ship you $80 worth of stuff and you are hit with $25 in duties it’s just not fair or right. Recently we have had to start providing HS codes for all products. We have products they do not even recognize. Yet we can not ship with out them. If any of our Canadians customers are close enough to the boarder to use a USA drop box we can ship there for you. We were very sorry to have to make this hard decision, we have many very good customers who have been with us for over 25 years…..
Because we have such a huge variance in our products in size and weight shipping charges are a challenge. We always refund any overages. Also if it is a lot more then the price paid, we reserve the right to contact you for the extra shipping or to offer a full refund of your order.
Shipping costs are sky rocketing and we can only eat so much of them before we have to adjust shipping charges. The amount charged for shipping maybe be less and we will refund you.
We will invoice you for any amounts over $5 as we can not afford to eat the cost of any more then that.
We ship your order to you as fast as we can once we receive it. Sometimes kits have to be made or special colors dyed or patterns drawn or a frame built. But 90% of the time we ship the next business day. If your order was during one of our live events please understand we will ship ASAP but it might not be the next day. We try very hard to ship with in 48 hours but we are only human.
******If you do not add your email to the order we can not send you tracking.
We use both USPS and UPS.
