Spring is here and we are back in Maine setting up to open next week. Its damp, cold and rainy and I keep telling myself the 80's we left in Florida are not better then this! But this is good cleaning weather and wonderful dying weather so I think today I will work on getting the dye kitchen set up and my liquid dyes made up. Liquid dyes? Yes! Since converting to the Wooly Mason Jar style of dying I will not work with dry dyes again!

I would love to learn more about using liquid dyes – I have been playing with natural dyes like onion skins etc. but would like to branch out.
