Arm Guards

These frame covers were designed especially for the Oxford Gripper Strip Lap Frames. Made from 2 layers of extra soft fleece and 1 layer of polyfill inside, these extra cushiony frame covers will protect your hands and arms from the sharp gripper strips as you punch! Both sides of the cover have sturdy elastic, making it easy to pop the cover on and off your frame. Even the corners which are the sharpest part of a gripper frame feel so cushiony and comfortable.

The Small (fits our 8x8 -10"x12" gripper frame)
The Medium (fits our 14"x17” and Budget gripper frames)
Machine washable.

If you have trouble with getting scratched up on your arms while hooking these take care of the issue! They also protect your rug as you work from becoming soiled from your arms and the front of your shirts from getting snagged. When your frame is not in use they keep you from getting scratched up when you brush against it. Your pattern goes on your frame, then you place this 
Yes they are easy to make and yes we can all make them, but will you? I put off buying one forever and then just got it! it wasn't worth my time to figure it out and do it when i hate to sew! LOL
