Demo Room Bookings

Please note your class times if you are teaching :)

This room will seat 88 focused, excited,
happy, wooly addicts wanting to learn about something fun from you! 
We have only 25 spots. It’s ok to repeat the same thing all three days if you want to. Please to start only take 2 spots. So anyone wanting a spot can get one too. 
Free Demo Room: anyone not using this free room is nuts!  We have the demo area for any of the vendors to do a free demo each day. You will have 2 tables and rows of chairs for them to observe what you are showing them. This room will hold 88 people and is a great way to promote what makes you special for no charge. Maybe a few tips on how you color plan or a simple technique, beading on your projects or a fun way to finish off.  We have had many with standing room only and people standing in the door trying to see! Those that had kits to make and take or the supplies to sell back at their booth featuring what they were doing were VERY pleased with the extra sales! These spots run about every 30 minutes each day with a 5-10 minute break between for you to leave and the next speaker to set up. We will have time slots starting at 11 each day The room is free for you to book. Time slots are first come first served. The attendees LOVE this! It is FREE, some one-on-one time with a group that wants to know more about you, IT IS FREE TO THEM and your style, so please use it! We will have all level of fiber attendees here. From beginners to advanced. We would love something for everyone!

This is on a first come first served basis.

You have the room for 20-25 minutes 
There is a 5-10 minute break between demos.
They are no cost, and they will run all three days starting at 11.
Please have your stuff ready to go 
Please clear out in a timely manner so the next demo can set up.
There are no demos Thursday afternoon due to awards and many having to make flights or leave early
We will be in contact as we get closer for what you will be sharing in your demo time slot so we can print the daily schedules
