Snowballs Candy Recipe NO STAY AWAY! DON’T LOOK AT THESE….

We did these as our candy gift at the 2021 Holiday Luncheons. We warn you they are very addicting! 

Snowballs
12 oz white chocolate
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
4 cups ridged potato chips crushed

Instructions:
Line a backing sheet with parchment paper.
Microwave chocolate in 30 second bursts stirring between till melted.
Add the walnuts and chips mixing gently till combined
Scoop into to teaspoon sized balls and allow to harden in the fridge for 10 minutes set out for an hour before eating.
