Info For Groups Coming to the Hookin'

We will be sending out an email to everyone on our email list
and posting this on Face Book too as it gets closer.
Watch for it in May

We have seating for 406 attendees. 
We will be sold out as things look right now.
We would love to honor every group request and will do our very best. 
What is a group request?
If your part of a group, guild or just a bunch of friends coming together.  
1. We will be asking that ONE person be the group leader
and our sole contact to save on confusion.
2. The tables seat 6 people. So, there has to be at least 6 in your group. Not 2 not 4, SIX
3. We will need the contact person's name.
4. The group Name
5. And the list of people in the group. 

Lastly, we ask you to help us make this work. With 400 people
 we cannot guarantee you're going to have your own table.
Everyone has paid to be there and have arrived to have fun.
We hope by addressing this right up front,
 you understand and welcome anyone looking for a place to sit!
They could be your new best friend or even share something new!
We have many people coming by themselves. Please keep this all in mind.
