South Carolina Hookin’ Booth Info

If you would like to be on a wait list for a booth please let us know. sometimes things happen and you might be able to get in. 
BOOTHS: All booth are first come first served. The standard booth size is 10x10 and $455. They will have two 8-foot tables and two chairs will be provided for each space. Electrical hook-up and WIFI will also be provided. All booths are piped and draped, And the tables are NOT skirted. Extension cords, table covers, and any additional lighting are the responsibility of the vendor. 

All booth choices are done at sign up. No holds. If you need more tables or less let us know.

We do have ONE 10x17 foot corner booth.  This is a free standing booth at the end of the ballroom. It is #8 and is $680

And 2 over sized corner end booths #15 &  #22.  They are L shaped and measure 17x20 on the back walls and 10 foot sides. These are at the end of the ball room on either side of the free demo room. #22 has a booth next to it as shown, but #15 does not. These two booths are $1,100
Searsport Rug Hooking will be in booth #1.

**The attendees will enter between booth #23 and #24.
**They will get into the secure rug show area between booths #27 and #1 
** At this time we are not sure if we will be using the doors between #25 and #26. If need be we will add these for entering the rug show and contest area. 

****If you would like to pay a $250 deposit on your booth with the balance due 2/1/26 you can do that. Please contact us with the booth # you want and to be invoiced to pay a deposit only on your booth selection. The balance will be due Feb 1, 2026
*****There are no refunds after 2/1/26 and all refunds prior will be subject to a $50 processing fee. 
DOOR PRIZES: We ask that each booth contribute a door prize With at least a value of $25 along with 3/$5 gift cards for your booth for the event. We will be giving aways door prizes each day as some people are not there all three days. We spend a lot of time talking about each one and the vendor who donated them.
